    • We deliver across India, with priority service in Uttar Pradesh and especially Gorakhpur.

    • Deliveries to remote or restricted locations may take longer or may not be available.

    Delivery Time

    • In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.

    • Made-to-order or bulk items: Dispatched within 10–15 business days, depending on availability and customization.

    • Delivery time may vary based on your location and external factors such as festivals, strikes, weather conditions, etc.

    Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping may be available on select products or on orders above a specific value (mentioned on the product page).

    • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

    Delivery Partners

    • We use trusted logistics partners and local delivery agents for safe and timely delivery.

    • Furniture is delivered either in pre-assembled or flat-packed condition, depending on the product.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email to track the delivery status.

    2. Delivery Guidelines

    • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product.

    • Delivery includes placement of the product at the customer's doorstep or ground floor unless otherwise specified.

    Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted only if:

      • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

      • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.

    • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Products that are custom-made or made on order.

    • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain of wood/laminate, which are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

    4. Refund Policy

    • Once the return is approved and the product is received back at our warehouse in original condition, the refund will be processed.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request bank details to process refunds.

    5. Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

    • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to our returns policy for eligible cases.
